Dr. Lind received her undergraduate degree from Concordia College, in Minnesota and was awarded a Medical Degree from the Mayo Medical School, Rochester, Minnesota in 1987. Dr. Lind had poor bedside manner and asked me 3 times if I wanted to get STD tested even though I told her no multiple times. She basically told me that since I take birth control my future children will have birth defects and I need to take folic acid. She also recommended I drink milk for calcium. I didn't even realize there were still doctors who recommend ADULTS to drink cow's milk as this is extremely unhealthy. After telling Dr. Lind that I perform regular self checks for lumps in my breasts she talked down to me like a child and restated information I already knew and shared with her. She also asked a lot of detailed questions about how often my mother gets checked for breast and cervical cancer (I'm not sure what that really has to do with me except for genetics) and even though I told her my mother gets regular mammograms and paps, she insisted my mother get tested for the BRACA gene (breast cancer gene) because her mother (my grandmother) had breast cancer. It's really not her place to talk about what my mother should do... I was there for ME not my mom. As a senior nursing student, I am very aware of my health and what I should and shouldn't do to stay healthy. Dr. Lind basically talked to me like I had zero knowledge on how to be a woman and how to keep up on screenings (maybe because I'm younger she assumed I don't know what I'm doing??). She also kept insisting I have her prescribe my birth control instead of my primary, who has already been prescribing it for years?? Not sure why I would have her prescribe it instead. I assume it has to do with her getting money from insurance. I would not recommend her to anyone and will not be returning.

Dr. Lind and the nurse, Molly, who saw me during my appointment were both fantastic. I felt listened to about my concerns, and felt comfortable during my entire visit. This is big for me, as I have a lot of anxiety around doctor's offices and hospital settings. Will definitely be returning in the future!

Dr. Lind was extremely professional and helpful! She was thorough, and so willing to listen to my concerns and help me start my journey in trying to conceive! I was running behind due to a problem finding the office, and I still was not rushed and felt taken care of. I am a Queer/Black woman and typical only see doctors of color, but felt comfortable and in good care with Dr. Lind. I will be recommending her to my friends and community members. Their patient information sheet also has gender affirming questions which I felt was a great introduction to a new office!

I liked Dr. Lind, I felt like she was a little cold and unwelcoming, she didn't really seem happy at all to be there. I always like to see a smile on my doctors' faces to make me feel more welcome. She was very knowledgeable and quick. I actually don't have much to complain about. I was in and out for my very first appointment (annual) in 40 minutes. Fair enough.

Dr. Lind was professional and satisfactory, but not particularly warm or friendly. I'm comfortable that she did a good job, but she didn't really seem interested in what I was saying, and I'm going to look around for a better fit. I'm sure she'd be fine for people who don't want to chat or build a connection with their gyno.

The whole experience would best be described as perfunctory. I felt unheard, didn't feel like my concerns were really addressed, and found the experience to be totally unhelpful. This kind of impersonal interaction is exactly why I tend to avoid "western" medical care. I doubt I'll ever go back here.

Dr. Renae Lind was great!!! Definitely my gyno doctor while I'm still living close to her ha She was nice and very informative! The nurses were nice to and the wait was not bad at all! Definitely recommend to anyone!

She really made the time to make sure she answered any questions I had. During a point where she stepped out of the exam room for me to change, she looked up some information I had asked about and handed it to me when she came back in. Not sure if it was Zoc Doc or something else but there was some confusion with the time. I recommend double checking with the front desk as Cascade Women's clinic after making an appt. through Zoc Doc to make sure you are confirmed.
