My family and I love cooking French or vegetarian meals most evenings. And when everything is in alignment, I will be practicing yoga in my living room or at a local studio several times a week. Practice Focus: I have a Masters in Natural Health, therefore, follow a more integrative approach to practicing medicine. Much of my practice is based on prevention and keeping my patients off of medication. I also look for the least expensive and most effective treatments. I enjoy learning and keeping up to date with the most recent research in medicine.
