“I'm almost a 70 year old man, so I was a little trepidatious about seeing a young, female doctor. And to be perfectly honest, it was only because of her immediate availability. (I was experiencing what I thought was a severe bronchial cold) I was able to make a same day appointment- its at a hospital venue nearby that I am familiar with and trust its quality. Dr. Farhan was kind, attentive, forthright and knowledgeable. She did not make me feel rushed or like I was being placated in any way. Turns out, I tested positive for the flu and the treatment plan she gave for that was direct and effect-driven. And at the end of the appointment, encouraged me to return for a physical- that I will definitely be booking. My wife was with me and we both agreed on how enjoyable, comfortable and productive the visit was! I don't normally write reviews- but she deserves good praise for sure!”

About Dr. Renah Farhan
Dr. Renah Farhan earned her undergraduate degree in biomedical science from Grand Valley State University in Allendale, Mich., and her medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine in Barbados. She completed her residency in the Trinity Health-St. Mary’s Family Medicine Residency program in Grand Rapids, Mich.
Dr. Farhan is a board-certified family medicine specialist who also holds a certificate in advanced cardiac life support. In practice since 2019, she treats patients of all ages and speaks fluent Arabic and limited Spanish.
She treats a broad variety of primary care medical conditions ranging from high blood pressure and migraines to mental health disorders. Her primary clinical interests include preventative health care, women’s health care and in-office procedures such as skin lesion removals, skin biopsies and joint injections.
Because Dr. Farhan’s practice philosophy focuses on the uniqueness of patients’ needs and expectations, she tailors care to each individual. Her greatest professional satisfaction comes from interacting with patients, developing long-term relationships with them and being a big part of their lives.

The doctor is lovely and has an excellent bedside manner. The doctor is very knowledgeable and caring. However, the lab made me wait an hour in a waiting room to draw blood. I am not sure why, but I had to ask twice to check. The office didn't look busy, maybe they just forgot about me.
