This visit, the wait time for me to see the doctor was more than an hour. I was told that all the patients showed up at about the same time. Therefore, it caused the doctor to run behind. Other than that, I have no complaints. I would recommend Dr. Darolia to others, and I will continue to be her patient.

Dr. Darolia made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions. However, I waited for over an hour to be seen. The Medical Assistant was apologetic, but when I checked in I was told she was running on time.

Renuka was kind and professional at the appointment. I was not satisfied with the follow-up. Someone from the office called to schedule a follow-up procedure for an abnormal pap without going over the results, possible next steps, or the details for the procedure. I went somewhere else for the follow-up.

I had imaging done in August. I am still trying to get the results of the imaging. In the meantime another doctor has ordered a biopsy. This could possibly be a very serious condition. However wonderful the doctor herself is, it doesn't help if you can't get into see her. It doesn't help if there is no follow up. And now they have me down as a new patient. Unfortunately everyone surrounding this doctor is completely incompetent and rude.

The appointment went very well but there were some follow up issues. The doctor did not call in a prescription to my pharmacy like she said she would. She also gave a print out with a number to call to book a test and when I called that number I was told they did not perform that test at that location.

The entire experience was positive. Desk staff was attentive and friendly, and I was promptly taken to the exam room after completing some brief paperwork. Dr. Darolia was very personable and patient. Very seamless experience.

The doctor was great, but the facility and nurse were very problematic. When I got to the office I was taken back by a nurse to an exam room that was unclean and had various sheets and clothes laying around. The nurse kept mixing up personal information I had shared (i.e. medications, weight, family history) and could not find my current prescriptions or pharmacy in the computer database. She also had to take my blood pressure four times (using an automated machine) until it worked. It was unsettling as a well patient, so I can't imagine dealing with this while pregnant.

I was not impressed at all by the office nor the staff checking me in, nurses etc...it felt very "clinicky", unfriendly and cold. I arrived the half hour I was asked to as a new patient, just to sit in an empty office because they were at lunch, and when they did come back, I had to ask them if there were any forms for me to fill out, and I was just handed them...without a word...just kind of bizarre and unfriendly overall.
BUT, that said, it was slightly redeemed when Dr. Darolia met with me, she's just great, easy to talk to, friendly and great bedside manner.
So, I highly recommend Dr. Darolia, but the staff there needs to work on their bedside manner, being more friendly and upbeat.

Great experience from beginning to end. As soon as I finished filling out my forms, I was taken to the back for my vitals and a history. I was then brought to an exam room and Dr. Darolia came in 5 minutes later. I was on my way back to work 25 minutes after my appointment time!

I had an excellent experience during my first appointment with Dr. Darolia. The front office staff were efficient and polite, and the physician assistant was excellent when taken my vitals and confirming my background and other information.
Dr. Darolia was very helpful and answered all of my questions regarding birth control options and general gynecological health. I was looking for a new gynecologist and am pleased to have found Dr. Darolia.
