About Reyna Franco
Personalized nutrition counseling based on your unique needs. Whether it is gastrointestinal issues, diabetes, weight concerns, cancer, heart disease, women's health or sports nutrition, the approach to wellness will be different for everyone. With over 15 years of experience, I will provide you with nutrition and fitness counseling to meet your goals. I have a MS in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology from Columbia University and I am the Past President of the New York State Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. I am also a certified personal trainer and a behavior change specialist. I look forward to meeting you and becoming part of your wellness team.

Reyna has been an invaluable asset to my healthcare team. I originally started seeing her because my gastroenterologist said I needed the low FODMAP diet, and I couldn’t figure it out on my own. Since then, Reyna has helped me with many other concerns: GERD, elimination diets, gluten intolerance, migraines, supplements, and more. Plus ideas for meals and snacks! She is always responsive, knowledgeable, a good listener, and on time.

Reyna is a fantastic nutritionist! She has a wonderful way of explaining food and listening to her client's needs. She sends reminder emails about appointments and is easily reachable if needed. She has a holistic approach to nutrituion, so we often talk about the feelings associated with food. This is crutial for someone with disordered eating behaviors. I highly recommend Reyna Franco.

She takes time to get to know you and to understand your individual needs, so that she can recommend an approach that you can make your own and integrate into your lifestyle. She is very supportive and never judgemental. Reyna is a very professional, knowledgable and passionate coach.

Reyna is fabulous. She is attentive and committed to helping you get your best results. She works with you to come up with a great meal plan so that you're not just eating things she WANTS you to eat, but actually things you'll want to eat and will continue to eat. She understands that diet/exercise is a life change and not a temporary fix.
