“The front desk staff were very professional and polite. Dr. Sanni-Thomas nurse assistant was very polite, pleasant, professional, and tentative to the information that I provided and she talked about other medications that I might needed a refill. Dr. Sanni-Thomas professional dialogue with me was about her reading my medical history, asking questions to insure that I had a better understanding of my medical condition, and she went over my stats of my health .She referred me to a lung specialist, and I will follow up with her for my Annual appointment in July. Note: She reminded me that I need to fast for this appointment.”

I was called to come to the back pretty quickly but I waited in the treatment room for a good amount of time. She was apologetic though.
As a black woman I appreciate having someone who looks like me and understand our health can’t be compared to other people’s plight but. Will use her again for me check up!

The office was clean and the staff was friendly. They seemed to be pretty busy this day but the wait time was a maximum of 30 mins. I was only going on for a routine check up. When I sat down with Dr. Thomas she was nice and listened to all of my concerns. However, I did feel a bit rushed. As a new patient I expected my doctor to get to know me and I wanted to do the same. When I expressed the concerns I had, the only response I received was “we will wait until the test results comes back”. I had to call for at least 2 weeks to get the results back from my test. I would leave voicemails for a callback and always provided my phone number. Finally I received a call and they said they had a different phone number on file and had been trying to reach me.

Fantastic experience! The staff was super friendly, and they were able to see me earlier than my scheduled appointment time. Dr. Thomas is quite literally the best MD I have ever had. I appreciate the time she invested in connecting with me, and the extra time spent listening to me. I came in for one issue and she ended up resolving 2 other problems. I am moving my entire family to this practice. Well done.

I'm not aware of my people that enjoy going to the doctor, but I must say Dr. Sanni-Thomas is one of a kind. She truly shows a real care not only for her profession, but truly for her patients. I'm not sure if she truly knows how that makes a difference, but she is truly a natural and that is priceless. Her listening skills and willingness to actually hear the patient out goes beyond measure in giving the patient the comfort of knowing they made the right decision in choosing her. Unless she moves to Pluto, I will be a patient for life. She is excellent and I believe her reviews will constantly reflect that!!!
