About Dr. Richard Koffler

Richard Koffler is a board-certified physiatrist specializing in physical medicine and rehabilitation. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from the Sackler School of Medicine at Tel Aviv University. Dr. Koffler completed his internship in internal medicine at Roosevelt Hospital and received his residency training in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the Rusk Institute of Rehabilitation Medicine, New York University Elaine A. and Kenneth G. Langone Medical Center. He is a recognized leader in his field and currently serves as the medical director at three Manhattan-based health clinics. Dr. Koffler is also a certified acupuncturist. As of 2017, Dr. Koffler is seeing qualified patients for the New York State medical marijuana program.

My first visit with Dr. Koffler was outstanding. He took the time to listen to all of my complaints and helped diagnose the problems I've been facing. I like that working with Dr. Koffler and receiving treatment is seamless - going from him to the physical therapist right away made me feel confident about the quality of care. No time to waste before my next race!

Dr. Koffler is an excellent doctor. He is attentive and gives advice directly related to my concerns. It's difficult to find a physiatrist who is also highly knowledgeable about a variety of hormonal ailments. It's always a pleasure to see Dr. Koffler.
