About Dr. Richard Lambertson
Dr. Richard Lambertson has been a licensed Sports Chiropractor since 2010 and earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the University of Bridgeport School of Chiropractic. He holds multiple certifications in ART (Active Release Technique) and Graston IASTM Technique (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization).
In practice, Dr. Lambertson places a strong emphasis on incorporating hands-on soft tissue therapies and detailed postural corrective exercise protocols into his patient care plans.
In addition to his Sports Therapy expertise, Dr. Lambertson has a background in Massage Therapy and Fitness Instruction. He holds credentials in Sports Massage and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist as well as a CrossFit Certified Olympic Weightlifting Coach.
Dr. Lambertson specializes in working with Cross Training athletes, Bodybuilders, and Mixed Martial Artists of all ages and ability levels. Throughout his career, he has had the opportunity to work privately with many NYC-area professional, semi-professional, and collegiate athletes.
Additionally, he has served on the medical staff for the New York City Marathon, Connecticut State Games, and at Regional and National CrossFit Games for team and individual competitors.
