Dr. Lavigna treated my symptoms well enough, but really poor beside manner, and made some inappropriate remarks about my body saying "I look like a runner". Felt very uncomfortable. Started shaving my plantar with a scalpal without telling me what was about to happen or if I should expect any pain or discomfort. Didn't give me any specifics about how to carry out the post-treatment / medicine regime.

I had an ingrown toenail and they took me right in, did the procedure right away, and I was back in my car in an hour. Dr. Lavigna was super nice, and clearly very knowledgeable, and did the procedure himself in maybe 5 or 10 minutes. Overall, it was as good as it could be.

I booked this appointment for my girlfriend who has been suffering from swollen, itchy toes for several weeks. The doctor suggested she solve her issue by using cortisone cream, even though she told him she’d already tried that with no results. She gave him her history of this issue (it’s not her first time experiencing it) and he dismissed her, saying it was probably contact dermatitis even though nothing in contact with her itchy swollen toes has changed recently. He prescribed nothing, suggested no changes, did not ask her to look into anything or get blood tests. He just told her to figure it out. She was really disappointed to be told this by a doctor because she has been actively trying to figure the problem out for some time.

This was hands down the worst doctor's experience I went through in my life and actually made me lose faith in doctors. His bedside manner was very poor. I cried after the appointment because I was so upset. I was better off dealing with the pain on my own. I cannot imagine a worse doctor's experience. I was desperate and disregarded the negative reviews I read. Now I know to never do that again.

He was amazing and very confident in his treatment plan. I appreciated that he took action the same day unlike the other specialist that we have seen in the Bay Area and North Carolina.
My daughter felt very comfortable with his bedside manner and was happy to get a brace the same day.
Though I don't usually use ZocDoc... I definitely lucked up this time!

I came in for a plantar's wart consult, and it was removed with laser treatment within less than 20 minutes. Doctor didn't really explain the procedure, which was worrisome. But he's clearly done this a million and one times and made me feel very comfortable. I was not given any information regarding post-procedure care, which would have been nice to know whether I could shower, etc.
