Dr. Richard Parcinski is an insightful, compassionate primary care doctor and sleep medicine specialist treating patients in Saint Peters, Missouri, and the surrounding communities. He holds certification from the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Sleep Medicine. In order to pursue his medical degree, Dr. Parcinski attended the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He continued his medical education with an internship program at Delaware Valley Hospital and residency training through the Kennedy Memorial Hospitals–University Medical Center. Dr. Parcinski has also completed a fellowship program in pulmonary disease at Hauptmann Medical College and Hospital.

Dr Parcinski is such a great doctor . He's compassionate and knowledgeable always.
I have seen Dr. Parcinski for 8 plus years. Always was a great doctor I had tonsils out at 40 years old he referred me to a great doctor . I could go on and on how wonderful he is.
But I will just finish with today's visit.
He always has been on me for smoking and god knows I'm 47 years old .
Today I had a recheck for higher blood pressure last month. Ya blood pressure high I need to be on meds .
but Dr. Parcinski gave me a script for a help in quiting smoking medicine to take .
I really feel ready this time.
He said ok kid the first day of test of your life when I was leaving..
How awesome is that in a doctor. I'm very lucky to have him as my doctor.

Dr. Parcinski, is an amazing physician. He's always been a very experienced, qualified doctor and today's visit was no exception.
I suffer from a somewhat rare medical condition and Dr. Parcinski is doing everything in his power to find me not only temporary, but permanent, relief.
While he is specifically a pulmonologist and sleep medicine specialist, and my condition doesn't fall under either of these categories, he hasn't hesitated to tackle my issue head-on. Not only has he not hesitated to help make me feel better he had done so successfully.
At one point in my life I had resigned myself to having to deal with cluster headaches for the rest of my life. I have seen dozens of different doctors over the past 6 years since my initial diagnosis, trying to find answers. After my first office visit I left knowing that Dr Parcinski wouldn't rest until I was where I wanted to be.
If you aren't already a patient at Tri-County Sleep Medicine you need to stop reading this and call right now to schedule your initial appointment. You won't be sorry when you make this office the "base" for your medical care.

Dr. Parcinski was absolutely fantastic. We are new to the area and I turned to ZocDoc to find a new physician, which isn't always easy because of the rareness of the medical condition with which I deal with on a daily basis. Dr. Parcinski was one of the 1st results that popped up after I entered my search criteria. I fully lucked out when I scheduled my appointment with the doctor.
At no time did I feel as though Dr. Parcinski judged me and I honestly felt like it was a 2-way street, which is exactly what I was looking for. I don't want a doctor who doesn't listen to me and just treats the condition as they deem fit; but, on the flip side of the coin, I also don't want a physician whom I feel like doesn't know a whole lot about my condition either (which is common for the condition that I suffer from - which is rare).
I truly felt as though the doctor was extremely knowledgeable about my condition, but was also understanding that I am also very informed about my condition and I truly feel like we are working together as a team to beat it down. Dr. Parcinski is amazing. Words can't be found to describe how great Dr. Parcinski truly is and how well he treats his patients.

I have been seeing Dr. Parcinski for years and I wouldn't want to go to any other Primary Care Physician. The staff is always pleasant and friendly, there is rarely much of a wait time and Dr. Parcinski is always very professional.

The front staff was friendly and greeted me by name. The Dr was easy to speak with. The only foible was his soap box. A large portion of my appointment, I felt, was the dr expressing his views on a topic that didn't pertain to myself but possibly my significant other, who wasn't even there. Otherwise my appointment was to the point. The dr ws very thorough and it was obvious that he enjoys educating his clients.
