What should a new client know about working with you?

My focus is to provide an environment of unconditional positive regard where you can explore your challenges and reveal your strengths. As your mental health consultant, we would focus on what is helpful and find wisdom and strength from overcoming the obstacles your face. I have over 30 years of experience helping people of all ages find success in their lives. I am licensed in Missouri and Illinois. I have extensive experience with ADHD, ASD, Grief and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I have been benefiting from talk therapy since I was 22 years old. I provide private pay option for those who wish to refrain from a required diagnosis and documented paper trail. I can also provide a superbill for my out-of-network clients and help with reimbursement. I also offer free 30 minute virtual consultation.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I combine research based techniques with out of the box metaphysical laws, to find the right treatment plan for you. My foundation is in clinically proven, CBT, Positive Intelligence, and mindfulness. I am also a Positive Intelligence Coach, Certified in Ho'oponopono, 2nd degree Reiki Master, Transcendental Meditation and Shamanic Practitioner I promise to be there for you every step of your journey. I promise to remain non judgemental. I promise to focus on what is helpful and to bring compassion, curiosity, courage, clarity, and creativity to every session so you can achieve your goals.
