The staff is very pleasant and accommodating. Only complaint was the wait time. I scheduled my appointment for 9am so that I would be seen 1st, however multiple people were seen before. I arrived before 9am so there was no reasonfor that to happen. Thank you to the staff for addressing my dilmea once I brought it to their attention.

Dr. Parker is a possible insurance scammer. His office smells like cigarettes and hasn't been renovated since the 1970's. His staff almost seem like they're scared of him. I asked if I can get a refill of my medication being thatI have a broken ankle and am in agonizing pain at night and they didn't even bother asking him because they knew he'd probably say no. They also got my copay information wrong and I ended up paying more than I had to. I basically felt like this was a waste of time, I could've re-wrapped my own foot without wasting my time and expenses.

Dr. Parker was very knowledgeable and professional during my consultation with him about possible surgery resulting from an ankle fracture. I highly recommend him to new patients seeking an informed second opinion.

His office booked my appointment the same day I requested it. Dr. Parker efficiently diagnosed the cause of my shoulder pain as calcification after reviewing my X-ray with 20 minutes of first examining me. The injection he administered and the care he prescribed have me starting to feel better already.

The wait was not long at all and the ladies at the front desk were super nice. Spent maybe a total of 3 minutes with Dr. Parker, I think I spent more time with the X-ray tech. Told me to comeback in two weeks for a check up and said NOTHING to me about going to physical therapy but the doctors assistant told me he said that I needed PT as I was at billing waiting to leave. As for the billing part of visit the woman who was working billing over charged my visit.. good thing I caught it before actually leaving.

I have never felt so rushed in my entire life. I waited almost 2 hours to even see the doctor. I expect the same courtesy that was given to every other patient that was there that day taking up his time.I couldn't get a single word or question in before he was flying out of the office. I'm waiting for my MRI results to come in and will pick up the tape and see another doctor. A total waste of time.

Dr Parker is one of the best doctors I have even seen. He is certainly the best Orthopedic Surgeon I know. He knew exactly what my medical condition was, and immediately explained a plan of treatment. I could tell that hehas a great deal of knowledge and experience. He took the time to really listen to my issues. He asked me if I had additional questions, and he answered all my questions before I left. Great Doctor. Great bedside manner. He is simply the best. I highly recommend him.

Looks like zoc doc and this office mislead me by telling me that they participated with my insurance coverage and now I'm being told that's not the case. Dr told me to take 4 asprin per day for 2 weeks andthen prescribed physical therapy 6 -8 weeks. Not too sure about that diagnosis.

I went to Dr. Parker being my right hand is becoming arthritic. I asked him what I should do and his response was to look up to God and say, "She wants a cure for arthritis. I'll work on that." Whydid I bother going to a man with a few degrees on the wall. If I wanted sarcastic humor, I would have gone to the comedy club.

I was so frustrated when i left this office. I came here for the first time because of a knee injury i obtained from running/training for a half marathon. First of all they charged me for the visit and X-ray beforei even spoke to a doctor. When i asked how the doctor knew i would need an x-ray the receptionist said the doctor took x-rays of nearly everybody. Why charge me for an x-ray of my knee before I even tell him what the problem is, how it happened, and when the pain started. When I saw the doctor, I tried to explain my problem, how it originated, when it hurt and when it didn't, but he kept cutting me off to ask very general standard, vague questions. He stretched my leg around for 20 seconds, sent me to get a x-ray, and concluded that my x-ray was normal, it was probably a problem with by IT band. His suggestion was to ice it and rest it. I spent an hour and a good amount of money for a doctor to tell me to ice my knee. I HAVE BEEN DOING THAT FOR TWO MONTHS. I am an athlete, i know the difference between a pain that needs to be rested and a long lasting pain. I've obviously done these things and needed a professional. I could have told him that it was my IT band that was bothering me, I'm not an idiot. The doctor did not want to hear anything specific to my personal issue and pain. He got me in and out of his office as quickly as possible. I would not go here again. When i take a day off of work to go to the doctor I want to see a specialist that is concerned about their patients.

I did the recommended surgery. Had constant pain. All he wanted to do was give cortisone shots. He continued writing in my progress notes I was progressing and doing good. Absolutely not true. Long story short, I ran outta there neverlooking back. Need surgery on the same shoulder again. My daughter went. He just wants to give you pain killers and cortisone. Do not go to this doctor. He needs to retire. Sad

Waited in the room for him for about 15 minutes then came in asked about my concerns said let me get an cray and walked out. After xrays, waited again for him. When he came in said the xrays were fineand needed an MRI, told me to go make an appointment. I expected him to talk to me more not just for less then five minutes.
