“My consultation with Dr. Westreich was so helpful and informative. His office is lovely and clean. I had to wait a bit to see him but he personally came out to apologize that he was running a little late. His bedside manner is fantastic. I rarely expect surgeons to look me in the eyes, listen to me and then give an honest assessment of my situation. Although I will probably end up using a surgeon in network and opt-out of any cosmetic procedure along with my surgery for a deviated septum, I appreciated all of his advice.
If I was looking for rhinoplasty I would 100% choose Dr. Westeich. ”

About Dr. Richard W. Westreich
Dr. Westreich is double-board certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from New York University and completed both his residency in Otolaryngology and fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at The Mount Sinai Hospital. He is currently an attending at Lenox Hill Hospital, an Assistant Professor at SUNY - Downstate Medical Center, and a clinical processor at The Mount Sinai Medical Center. He was recently voted in the Top 10 Plastic Surgeons by the American Institute of Plastic Surgeons in 2021 and listed as a Castle Connolly Top Doctor for 2022.
Dr. Westreich serves on the review board of the American Journal of Rhinology and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, a member of the American Board of Otolaryngology, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery.
He specializes in functional and cosmetic disorders of the face as well as adult ENT disorders. His practice is devoted to providing patients with honest, friendly, and compassionate care.

Dr. Westreich is awesome. He was able to fix my nose which I broke 20 years earlier and my deviated septum. Now I can breathe perfectly and my nose is straight. I couldn't be happier with the result. Both Dr. Westreich and his staff were extremely professional and friendly and made me feel comfortable through the whole process. I would highly recommend.

Impeccably clean, sanitary and beautiful office. Top of the line technology in office. Never felt rushed, or in a concession line like in many other offices. Dr. Westreich made us feel like we had his full attention. His office manager is outstanding, she personally calls everyone and makes a point to introduce herself as a point of contact. Impeccable bathrooms. This is a top shelf, high end, Park Avenue/Manhattan office. Although the doctor evidently advertises mostly for plastic surgery, that was not why we were there, we needed an ENT and he stepped up to the plate. Nicely done.

Dr. Westreich was very professional and answered all of my questions about the injections I was interested in. He was very personable and friendly and actually recommended holding off on them until after I got back from vacation due to possible bruising. I made an appointment to get the shots when i get back.

Dr. Westreich is awesome. He apologized profusely for the wait - apparently there was some sort of a problem with some equipment and he was running behind schedule. As far as actual doctor stuff goes, he was very patient, very attentive, and just a great doctor to deal with.

I had no idea what my symptoms meant, but Dr. Westreich knew in two minutes just by asking a few questions and feeling around a bit. He instantly diagnosed the problem accurately, treated me in his office, and I left completely symptom-free. Very friendly and professional manner.
