“I went in for a back adjustment but got so much more. The doctor was incredibly thorough, concerned with my overall health and not just the back pain I came in to address. I had my concerns about what might be wrong but had not taken action to address it until now. The doctor did not immediately jump to any conclusions but took a series of x-rays and forwarded them to a radiologist to get his evaluation. Meantime, he scheduled me for a series of visits to improve my overall flexibility and strength. It took years to get me to the poor point that I am at now and it will take time to improve. I only wish I had found him years sooner.”

Dr. Valdez is very passionate about making recommendations that you can incorporate into your daily life. I loved hearing more about the stretches and exercises that can help me, especially since I can do them at home.

After one visit, my pain is gone! I’m so thankful. Dr Valdez gave me stretching and strengthening exercises to work on with the rehab specialists that will help prevent future flare ups. Looking forward to my next visit!

Dr. Valdez and his team are amazing! They are positive, personable and really care for their patients. They laid out a clear plan to help my neck and back issues. I have seen amazing improvement in 4 short weeks from the exercises they have taught me. Would highly recommend!
