“They cancel appointments if you don’t confirm when they call at 7:30 am and they often change the scheduled appointment because their availability isn’t updated and listed accordingly on ZocDoc.
Cancelling appointments when someone doesn’t confirm at 7:30 am seems like an unbelievable policy. Especially when they consistently change scheduled appointment times by 15/30/60 minutes regularly because they aren’t administratively updating their availability on ZocDoc.”

“Great experience! I booked and had the appointment in the same day. Staff was really professional, friendly, and efficient.
Masks & sanitizer were available. The wait wasn’t long and the waiting room was neat, had water, and a clean bathroom for patients who were waiting to be seen.”
