There was Christmas music playing in the lobby. On October 21. Quite annoying.
I was initially asked to come back in a few days to pick up an apnea test machine, and then to come back and return it a few days later. I said I lived over half an hour away, and they got me a disposable machine that I could take with me that day and not have to return, meeting my needs even better than if they'd had a regular machine available that day.
They still have large pieces of COVID plexiglass covering the entire area between the waiting area and the front desk, making it very difficult to hear the staff, especially as some have heavy accents, and my hearing isn't the best. And the awful xmas music playing didn't help any either.

Disappointed that I did not meet with the physician I had booked. I met with a PA instead, who was nice but mostly went through a checklist of sleep symptoms, but didn't really try to understand my circumstances.

Don’t schedule through Zocdoc. The morning of my appointment, they called and said that the time slot I was scheduled for was not available. I called to reschedule and they said no appointments available this month. Could be that my insurance is Medicare. I called another doctor, and they said they don’t take Medicare, so maybe it’s a thing.

She is really wonderful at listening to your concerns and outlining her plans to help you. Visits with her are very efficient, so they're quick but not rushed. She has always taken the time to explain things to me, answer any questions I have, and even change things based on my input. I feel like she really has my best interests at heart.
On the other hand, the office staff is a little frustrating. They're very slow, and overcharged me once (out of 3 visits). They were able to resolve that, but still... we had literally just talked about how much it should be, then I swiped my card, and then I got a notification on my phone that I was charged for a different amount. So somehow the office staffer forgot the correct price during the 15 seconds after she told me the price but before she had me swipe my card.
