My experience with Rivka Feigenson, PA was excellent. I have a lot of medical anxiety, but on my first visit I found her to be warm, empathetic, and a good listener. She tailored her recommendations and referrals based on my anxiety, which I really appreciated. The office itself was bright, clean, and brand new. Everyone at the front desk and the nurses were really friendly. Overall, a very welcoming environment. Will definitely be back!

I'm a little surprised by the previous reviews as my visit was not very good. I was at the office for an hour and a half, much of it was waiting. I'm guessing they were probably running behind, but that meant they rushed through my appointment. Rivka kept trying to leave to move the appt along and I had to catch her on the way out of the door twice to ask for what I needed. Her demeanor was ok but fairly dismissive of my questions and shrugged off some of my requests. It wasn't terrible but I definitely wouldn't book with her again. Also when I told the desk I was here to see the doctor they said "Rivka isn't a doctor" which I thought was unnecessary and kind of odd...! Not a great experience overall.
