Dr. Robaab Siddiqui is excellent in how to treat her patients in very good mood and patience answering any questions and concerns.
The Medical Office Assistants in front desk by the window and the nurse before sees the doctor are very rude and grumpy they answer questions with such a bad mood this is happening to me for a second time.

Dr. Siddiqui was great but the office staff were just seriously terrible and I could NOT get through to her or them. I called on 4 separate days, to ask if my birth control device was in after a month of waiting and I was hung up on no less than SEVEN times on different days! Sometimes they would put me on hold then hang up, sometimes they would "transfer me to a nurse" then hang up, sometimes they would promise to call me back but never did. The closest I got to an answer was "call the company", which does not give out information directly to patients so that was useless. Seriously this medical group is impossible to communicate with and really doesn't seem to care about answering important patient questions. Save yourself the trouble and avoid them.
