I was seen very soon, and so were most other patients who came while I was there. His diagnosis was on point, and his staff was very professional and quick to act on scheduling (and working with my insurance company to get approval for) the secondary work I needed to do. I highly recommend him.
Tunesia was extremely gentle and caring. She is really an asset to Dr. Bard. As always Dr. Bard is an excellent Dr. and diagnostician! See you in the Spring!

Impressed technology. Efficiency - integral doctor.
I don't really write many reviews but i had to document this particular experience. I appreciate the fact that through my appointment I was able to get a diagnosis and subsequently a surgery that I wasn't aware I needed. For the simple fact that he was competent in his job enough to discover a problem, I am grateful. Not sure if Dr. Bard is an eccentric character, was having a bad day, or simply does not like people of my race (hopefully that's not the case, but I cannot discount the possibility), however, I have never experienced such blatant disregard as a patient/human. He barely spoke, barely asked questions, and made me feel like I was something to "get over with". But whatever, I get people have been conditioned to treat healthcare as a factory. But what really bothered me is that after the ultrasound which uncovered a significant problem, he never debriefed with me anything about his findings - i mean nothing. Instead he called the doctor that referred me over the phone and had him relay everything to me while I was at the office over the phone. So when I got the news over the phone that I needed immediate surgery (that SAME day) from my referral doctor, needless to say I was shocked, confused, and overwhelmed. My referral doctor assumed that I had gotten a download from Dr. Bard and he himself had limited information to offer. After the call, the receptionist asked me whether I spoke to Dr. Bard yet, (my guess it's standard protocol, as it should be, to debrief the findings with the patient ESPECIALLY when it's something serious). I told her no. She went to ask him if he was going to talk with me and he told her "I don't need to tell her anything." Wow. I had to resort to googling my condition on the way to the surgery as a result of a doctor who I feel at least didn't see me as a human being. Added stress to an already overwhelming situation.
