Dr. Blais was good and helpful - the wait was the real issue for my rating. I arrived 20 minutes early to fill out my paperwork, then sat. And sat. And sat some more. When I went up to the desk to see about movi it was already 20 minutes past my appointment time. 5 minutes later they called me in but I still didn't see the doc for another 25 minutes after that. In all this time not one person apologized or even acknowledged the delay in service. I probably won't go back - my time is important and the lack of acknowledgement, in my opinion, is highly disrespectful. I don't know why they fell behind - overbooked? extremely difficult case? No matter what it was there was a decision made by someone somewhere in the office to allow the slippage and then not even call to inform me of the possibility of a wait in excess of an hour -- to see if my schedule would allow for their decision to impact me and my family.

The staff and doctor were awesome. It was nice to view my x rays and to hear from him everything looked okay. The best was that I was even capable to see him, being that I've never seen him before.

I was really surprised at the short wait time in the waiting room prior to my appointment.

We arrived early and had all the new patient paperwork ready to hand in. Our wait in the waiting room was about 25 minutes, but our next wait to see the doctor was over an hour. My appt. was for 1:40 and the doctor walked into the room after 3:00 - way too long to wait. Prior to Dr. Blais arriving, Dr. Atore was sent in briefly and he was extremely tentative and ill at ease. I was very disappointed that I was only offered a steroid shot for now, and asked to do 3-4 weeks of therapy before an MRI might be done to determine the extent of damage to my knee. Dr. Blais has a great personality and is very likable, no problem in that area. I was just very disappointed in the exceedingly long waiting time and the lack of specific diagnosis.

The best Orthopod in Texas. Hands down.

I would work with Dr. Blais again. His surgical skill healed my hip and his bedside manner is great. He was also very conservative prior to our mutual decision for the surgery.

My appointment with Dr. Blais went very well. He took the time to explain my injury to me, and he was very considerate. Also, very little wait time. Highly recommended.
