Terrible bedside manner. I don't feel he did all he could do to make the procedure less painful.

The wait was extremely too long, just to be seen for 10-15 minutes. When I WAS finally seen though, I felt comfortable and confident that he knew exactly what he was talking about.

The sit in the waiting room was longer than the actual visit and I wasn't happy about that. I felt like I was cattle. There wasn't enough seats for the amount of people waiting. The radiology staff (two women) had great manner and made sure I was comfortable during the x-ray. Dr. Copulsky seemed thorough and had a good manner as well. I felt comfortable with the doctor and he seemed to take in consideration what explained regarding my discomfort with my back. The assistant I dealt with before he came into the room I thought was also thorough and good manner.

The reception staff didn't seem very knowledgeable about my ZocDoc appointment and requested to see confirmation. I promptly showed them my email reminder to which the office manager then confirmed it was ok to see me. The doctor was friendly however no one took any vital statistics. I was basically asked if my bp was normal, my weight and height. How unprofessional. Furthermore when I took an x-ray I was not given a gown and was told to lay on a table without any type of disposable paper. The examination room was facing Kings Hwy and the window blinds were left open and I was told to change into a gown in this room. I had to close the blinds myself. This is basically a warehouse for accident and worker's comp people.

We was very friendly and told you exactly what treatment he was going to perform, meaning took all steps looking into the problem. Xrays and referred another Dr's assistance for further evaluation of the condition.

From the minute I walked into the doctor's office, I was not greeted nicely. The women were unpleasant and rude. The wait time was not bad however. The only good experience I had was with the cheerful woman who took my x-rays. The nurse that took me into the exam room was rude, commanding and short with me. Once Dr. Copulsky came into the exam room he seemed my reasons for being there were a joke. I had injured my finger a year ago on a ladder and the effects from the injury are still visibly noticeable and swollen. Luckily, there is nothing wrong, my finger will just remain swollen and red. Dr. Copulsky and his nurse kept laughing to each other and making sarcastic remarks about why I was in there. I would expect better bedside manner and a serious tone, but unfortunately that is not what I experienced. I would not recommend Dr. Copulsky or even recommend going to their practice at all.
