Waiting time was appalling, it was very crowded. My original appointment was at 11:00AM and arrived at 10:30AM to fill somepaperwork. I was taken in at 1:10PM. The doctor was very professional, just straight to business. The staff was friendly and professional. My only concern was the wait time.

I love doctor Katz, Michael, and Dawn, but the rest of the office needs an attitude adjustment. They get very rudeand snippy with their patients. You cannot expect people to be happy when they have to wait 3 to 4 hours of for a simple doctors appointment. By the time I got there to the time I left, it was 4 hours and 15 minutes. That is unacceptable! That would be the only reason I wouldn't refer this group! It's sad, because I really do enjoy the 3 I mentioned above. In addition, they said when I called to confirm the appt that they didn't have it, that we shouldn't make appointments online.

The office told me and another patient that our information and insurance were not in their system. They also told both of us that sometimes ZocDoc appointments do no show in their system. The receptionists were very nice but the ittook them over 40 minutes to verify my insurance.

Doctor was excellent, however office in deer park was exceptionally stuffy, no windows and ventilation. Wait time was long but I expected some form of a wait as my appointment was last minute. Women at front desk with curly hair was extremely pleasant.

After a very long wait in a packed full waiting room of a dingy facility the doctor never did see me, only some young assistant did and I had to rely on his sketchy reading of my x-rays to determine the next steps.

All I can say is that he changed. The wait time was always at least 3 hours. I waited exactly 3 hours and 45 minutes so his nasty assistant could come in and ramble some garbage. Dr Gus came in forall of one minute and was very disinterested, Would not even explain anything. You are just money to them. That is why they over book so much and why they take over 100 insurances. To top it off everyone is nasty and no one cares. I honestly do not know how they lasted this long. And the building and the office are disgusting, and filthy.

Never seen this Dr Gus Katsigiorgis of which this is whom I made appt with to see. Seen a gentleman by the name of Michael who was very nice. A lot of individuals waiting to be seen at the time whenI was there. We waited approximately 90 minutes before we were seen. Need to go back for another procedure...see how that goes. Good Luck.

Fine Doctor. Have your questions ready. He gives a short visit. Definitely end up waiting longer to be seen than the time you are actually being seen. Recommended me to a muscle specialist.

I’ve seen Doctor Kats for 5 years now if I have any knee problem and had an acl surgery with him a few years back and all I can say is that I’m so glad that I found him and thathe still take my insurance . He is the best orthopedist I have known, he treats patients with respect and gives detail explanations about his diagnostics. My mother also had an Acl surgery with Dr Kats and it went well too, the downside is the waiting time to see him but lately there has been improvements in the waiting time but I could wait 12 hours and I would still go see Dr Kats is worth it.

Gus is extremely kind & apologetic for the wait time. I have no issue waiting as long as I’m seen. The only downside would be the wait time & the fact that you have to call so many times & be placed on hold for 20 minutes.

This was truly the worst most awful experience visiting a doctor I have ever had in my life. My appoint was at 4:45 I was not seen until 8:15pm. I waited close tp 4 hours and the doctor came to lookat the cyst in my hand for 30 seconds ...left... and then sent his, couldn't be more than 25 years old, Physician's assistant to just stick it with a needle. I literally got in my car and cried. The cyst is still there. I now need to find a new doctor. Please don't ever go here. You WILL regret it.

Receptionist was cold. The doctor who saw me was rushed and unempathetic. The referrals the staff gave me sent me on a treasure hunt. I received no paperwork or diagnosis yo present to work. I left the office with a swollenand painful ankle with an ok to return to a job that I stand on my feet for 10hrs. Would not visit this clinic again

Horrible wait time. 5 hour wait for a 3 minute conversation for which i was told to get an MRI. Everyone in the office engage in small talk for minutes on end. Seems to me the only person working is the receptionist.

The doctor was very nice and did thorough physical examination. He clearly explained the cause of my pain and numbness in my leg. I expected that as an orthopedic surgeon he would recommend a surgery. But he did not even mentionit, and wrote a referral for a physical therapy.

The office is only open one day a week. And so literally a week's load of patients are all crammed together for one afternoon. So for customers it's a logistical nightmare.

The visit was HORRIBLE. Upon arrival I filled out the necessary paperwork they would have put me in a room they put me in the room with the physician assistant who I didn't want to see when I requested to seethe doctor that I made the actual appointment with the doctor came in did not introduce himself barely look at my knee or the MRI that I brought and then told me that he can refer me to see a knee doctor. I stood there looking confused since prior to my appointment, he knew that I was coming for a consult for my knee. And if he felt like he did not want to be bothered treating me, then why did you take my Co pay. I went to this office after reading reviews, however after personally coming from there today, I now know that the previous reviews are DEFINITELY FALSE!

Never again. The professional is on Zocdoc, but does not respect the appointments. Yesterday his office cancelled 2 hours after confirming the Zocdoc appointment. Today his office had a different appointment time than the Zocdoc confirmation. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

I was hesitant before I went to my appointment today due to the reviews. Everyone commented on the long wait. I had a 9:00 appt. with Dr. Katsigiorgis and was taken in at around 9:15. Everyone in the office was pleasantand courteous. The Dr. came in within 10 mins.that I was brought into the room.He was very professional and greeted both myself and my husband. He was a good listener and examined me and reviewed my MRI in a very reasonable amount of time. He explained my options and gave me details.I did not feel rushed. I did print out my paper work at home off the computer before I arrived but I still feel everyone was very efficient. The only thing I might add is that the office and examining rooms could use a big update in decorating. Everything else was great!!
