Doctor was very good. Front office was polite but overwhelmed. Had to wait over 90 minutes past appointment time to see doc! Every waiting room seat was taken. 2 people were standing outside in the rain. Front office had no idea what zocdoc was, didn't have any record of the appointment I'd booked & I had to fill out a mountain of forms. Will not be returning.

I very much appreciated the doctor's knowledge and professionalism. Although nervous at first, I soon felt at ease. I also appreciated his careful listening ability and that he answered all my questions clearly and to the point. I left with a good understanding of what I need to do moving forward.
