He is a graduate of The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey where he earned a B.S. in Biology with a concentration in Microbiology. Dr. Meade received his Doctor of Optometry degree from the State University of New York College of Optometry in 1991, graduating with clinical honors. He is a past adjunct professor at Essex County College, where he taught courses in the vision care technology program. Currently, he teaches vision science at Montclair State University to seniors and graduate students in the biology program. Dr. Meade is a vision consultant performing presentations to local businesses on computer vision stress, and teacher in-service groups on vision and learning. He practices in the Rockaway location.
