During my virtual visit, Mr. Whiddon and staff were wonderful!! Professional, personable. The issue was a technical issue, we were not able to get the video part in sync. Fortunately pictures had been forwarded so the visit went on as planned. Technical issues were the greatest challenge. Evenso I would work with them again. Thank you

I would say my overall experience was fine. In the office the front desk person who helped me was warm and friendly. The PA’s assistant was amiable. And the PA was quick and efficient. The only issue I had is they were supposed to call in my prescriptions and their portal was down and they guaranteed me someone would manually call it in. However 2 days later, it was still not at my pharmacy. And then I had to follow up several times with the office and it’s very difficult to get someone on the phone. The PA’s assistant was never calling me back and we ended up having to choose another option on the phone menu just to finally get someone on the phone. It was a really frustrating. I understand that technical issues happen, but make sure you are following through with what you say you’re going to do ie manually calling in the prescription. And the fact that it’s very difficult to get someone on the phone if you have an issue is also a problem.
