Dr. Miki specialized in Hand Surgery at the University of Miami and stayed on as faculty for a few years. Dr Miki it's an outstanding professional doctor very knowledgeable, courteous and very intuitive to the patient's needs. He's informative that is able to explain things in detail has a lot of patience. I have had surgery with him in the past and it was a great experience. His staff is absolutely amazing. The staff were all great, they seemed to have a lot of new patients the day I was in and this slowed things down a lot. They were taking a lot of heat from angry patients but remained cool under that.

I am extremely happy that I was referred to Dr. Miki. I had seen a Dr. in St. Louis where I lived and was very disappointed with the appointment. My daughter lives in Miami and a friend recommended Dr. Miki. He explained everything to me in a very professional manner and answered all my questions without me feeling rushed.

He was very knowledgeable in regards to my injury and explained exactly what happened and how it was going to heal. He also offered to give me a second opinion on another hand injury I had a few years ago. He was extremely helpful and definitely took the time to help me understand my concerns.

Dr. Miki was great, his staff was also great. I didn't appreciate his student/assistant dr. ask me for help booking a cruise and best rates. Everybody else was great. In regards to the wait time, I was there earlier than my appointment, therefore there were people that were called ahead of me, but I would hope that they would do that for me as well if I had an earlier appointment.

I waited 30 minutes before I was called in, then another 30 minutes before I saw Dr. Miki. In the meantime, several people asked me the same questions, they almost got the wrong arm, but I did get an xray. The treatment rooms can use a coat of paint.

Good experience! The doctor is thorough and has excellent bedside manners. He structured his diagnosis so that a person without a medical degree can understand.

Wait time far exceeded appointment. I waited for an hour and half before being seen. The doctor was great and seemed knowledgeable. Overall good experience that would have been great if it weren't for the extended waiting.
