This was my first visit to Dr. Evans office and i really really enjoyed it. She took her time with me. She said down with me, looked at my Rosacea and stated three things that were happening on my face. None of the other dermatologists i have visited spent so much time with me and discussed my issues in such details. Yes i had to wait a bit too long for her in her office but then she spent a lot of time with me too, so it was worth the wait.
Also like the fact that the office has early hours.

Entire staff was excellent and very pleasant. Dr. Evans was amazing. She took her time with me to explain everything and answer any questions I had. So happy I chose this place!! Highly recommend!!!

Dr. Evans attended medical school and completed her Dermatology residency at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City. She received her M.D. degree with honors after being elected to the AOA national Medical Honor Society. Dr. Evans was appointed Chief Resident of her Dermatology training program.
Dr. Evans continues her affiliation with Albert Einstein serving as Clinical Instructor for both medical students and residents in training. In addition, she is a member of the medical staff of Stamford Hospital.
Dr. Evans is Board Certified in Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery and is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. She has a particular interest in cosmetic, laser, and surgical dermatology and has received extensive training in these specialty areas. She is also highly trained in sclerotherapy, both with laser and injections. Dr. Evans is also a fellow of the American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery and of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery.

Dr was very brief, tried to up-sell me non-prescription products. Office staff did not seem to have to knowledge of Zocdoc nor the appointment scheduled, as if they don’t really use it. Appointment time was changed by the office.

It was interesting and not what I was expecting. I appreciate that she took her time to explain everything. However the majority of the products she recommended/prescribed were formulated by her, which made me uneasy. I was also hoping for more natural advice (that wasn't prescription based) but she was strictly medical.

She was a very nice doctor, but not the most friendly. She attempted to treat the rash but was ineffective in the end. She kept pushing for her patch testing, but when it came time to do it, the NP who was reading the results rushed and did not properly identify allergies which were clearly there.

Dr Evans was very thorough with her evaluation. She took the time to explain the best ways for prevention and thoroughly described her process.
Wait time was alot linger than I expected but was told they were short staff on the date of my visit.
I will go back to see her again.

Dr. Evans is nice, but since I have such sensitive skin my case was a bit of a challenge. She kind of gave up and didn't really care to help me with my acne. Sarah in the office is an absolute sweetheart. Joanne is a rockstar and was the only person who truly helped me with my skin. Since Joanne left, I won't go back! Joanne was the BEST part of soco dermatology. And the woman who runs the office, the office manager, gives attitude to both her employees and patients.

My appointment was quick! I was early, but I was taken to a room within minutes after checking in. My wait to see the doctor was less than 5 minutes. She took her time with me, answered my questions and I was out of her office much faster than I anticipated.

got there at 4:20 for a 4:30 appointment and was not seen until 5:40. Was last there five years ago, but told my records did not exist and was asked to complete health history, which I did and then that was lost, so I had to complete health history again (Thanks Sarah for the help), plus had to give insurance card, credit card, and drivers license twice to copy....so some technical issues. Once that was all done ended up waiting for half hour in room. Once Dr. Evans came in, she did have my medical history. I'm a big fan of Dr. Evans which is why I returned but administrative experience left something to be desired.
