She believes her role is to provide education, support and guidance to help them grow and develop through these important formative years. Most importantly, Dr. Yirinec believes the best outcomes occur when we all work together by listening to each other and discussing the best options for each individual patient and their family.Dr. Yirinec grew up in New Hampshire. She attended Dartmouth Medical School and did her Pediatric Residency at the University of Rochester Strong Memorial Hospital. She spent three years living and working in Fort Defiance, AZ on the Navajo Reservation. She currently lives in Fairport with her husband. They have three children.he enjoys biking, hiking, reading, watching movies and spending time with family and friends.
