“The check-in was efficient and i didn't have to fill out any paperwork since the receptionist used the zocdoc online form i completed prior which was perfect.
I waited less than 10 minutes before being called in by my Nurse Practioner Robleta Pelt who was very pleasant. She listened to my concerns and had professional feedback and advice for the steps to take to properly diagnose my two issues. She was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. This is my first time having her treat me and i am confident that she will figure out whats my medical issues. ”

Absolutely adore Dr. Scotch and Nurse Bing Pelt. A fabulous duo with amazing bedside manner, clear care instruction and genuine concern for you and your visit.
The hardest part about being a patient with this office is speaking to a human over the phone. No one ever answers (regardless of how many team members are sitting at the desk at all times), so you must leave a voicemail and hope they call you back the same day. It becomes very concerning when you need to call for a same day appointment, appointment change or help with a prescription.
