Dr. Serrao recently completed his residency at Wright State where he served as the Chief Resident. Dr. Serrao served as the chief resident at WSU. Prior to his residency Dr. Serrao completed his internship at Kettering Medical Center. He received his Medical Degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. Dr. Serrao is a native of Pittsburgh and a diehard Steelers and Penguins fan. Dr. Serrao is also a clinical professor at Wright State University.

They took me back quickly. Dr. Serrao was professional and friendly. He seemed thorough as well. He listened to me tool. I didn't feel rushed. The staff and nurse were good. The only negative I have to say is that while I loved using Zocdoc to schedule the appointment and fill out the forms ahead of time, getting reminders and directions, etc., when I got to the office they told me the forms online were old and I had to fill them all out again. That slightly soured what would have been an excellent experience. But overall, very good.

Dr. Serrao was a delight. I was getting a mole on my scalp removed and was seen right away. He's quick and efficient. Had that mole off before I could feel any pain. I think I was in the office for a while 5 minutes. Highly recommend.

Dr. Serrao was a friendly, thorough professional. I felt comfortable throughout the exam despite the fact that I normally choose female doctors. As he quickly removed 3 problem areas, I felt absolutely no pain ! (The numbing injections were not bad either!) All things considered, I can highly recommend Dr. Sarrao. As an added bonus, I made my appointment online and was able to get an appointment the same week~~ amazing!

My last skin doctor took 6 months to get into and when I went he was in there for 30 seconds and I felt like it was a waste of time.... went I scheduled my appointment with Dr. Serrao, it took a couple weeks to get into an appointment and he actually listened to my concerns and helped me. I cannot say enough about Dr. Serrao! I rarely ever had a wait to see him. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Best of all, he fixed my terrible hormonal acne. He knew the right approach to take with my skin right away. I'm sad I left the cincinnati area. I definitely miss going to his office.

It was my first time to a dermatologist. I was nervous letting a stranger know about my insecurities, but he didn't make me feel bad about myself. He let me know what I could do to fix it, it went really good.

Dr. Serrao is an sizing doctor. He introduced himself and shook my hand right away. He explained everything in a way that I understood, and seems extremely caring. I made my appointment on a Tuesday night, and got in the next Thursday morning. The staff, of course, are extremely nice.

The doctor was very friendly but rushed through the entire visit. I feel as though he did not take time or show interest in my overall health. I feel he pushed a typical solution on me instead of a customized solution based on my individuals needs.

Alright. Seemed knowledgeable. Fast talker and came across as wanting to zip through as though it were "here's the solution. Next." Not what I expect from a first visit, especially when I'm looking for an alternate after 10 years of using the same "solution." Don't get me wrong; he wasn't bad. Doctor Rocco was knowledgeable and very personable. What was most impressive is the fact that I scheduled the appoint only two days in advance and was able to be seen. Considering the high demand for dermatologists in this segment of the market, to be seen so fast was amazing.
