I practice different modalities with brief interventions including interpersonal, patient-centered, strength-based, cognitive-behavioral, positive psychology, insight-oriented, and humanistic, using a holistic approach. Patients are required to address their medical needs by routine follow-up with their primary care practitioners and specialists for medical issues, physicals, diagnostic tests, and labs. You will be required to monitor your weight, blood pressure, and pulse for telehealth. The initial meeting will be 60-120 min. assessment and diagnostic evaluation, with psychiatric, social, family, and medical history. We will develop a treatment plan together with interventions, medications, and symptom management. Follow-up visits will be a 30-60 min. session with an evaluation of progress, interventions, and new developments. Accepting new patients with low - moderate acuity. I do not accept disability cases, workers compensation cases, or legal issues e.g. custody disputes.

Patients are expected to address their medical needs by following up with their primary care practitioners and specialists for medical issues, physicals, diagnostic tests, and labs.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The initial meeting will be an approximate 60–90-minute assessment and diagnostic evaluation, with psychiatric, social, family, and medical history. We will develop a treatment plan together with interventions, medications, and symptom management. Follow-up visits will be an approximate 20–30-minute medication management session with an evaluation of progress, interventions, and new developments.
