Excellent. Very friendly and professional service.
Verified patient
He was wonderful, caring, and efficient in manner.
Verified patient
Extremely long wait on first visit and provider never showed. Second visit 2 hour wait and only 5 minute visit with the doctor who’s bedside manner was awful.
Verified patient
The waiting room was overcrowded, standing room only, 90 minutes behind for my appointment, and no staff communication regarding the delay. Way too many overbookings and patients complaining
I would like to thank the staff & The doctor for the professional experience I received, would highly recommend them. Thanks again
Verified patient
Customer service was very nice and friendly. The nurse practitioner and the doctor were unprofessional. They ask me too many questions I can’t respond and the doctor said that I made him loose his time, because I didn’t bring any records from other doctors or hospitals that saw me before. This isn’t the right way to treat a patient. I will not go back to this office.
Verified patient
Was a relatively good experience. The only thing that was a little bit longer than I was anticipating was the wait time. Normally you show up about 15 minutes early and I sat there for about 45 minutes before it was even called.
Verified patient
Busy practice with kind, efficient staff. Communication was excellent ... kept stopping by room where I was waiting for doctorto see me to tell me he would be in to see me soon.
I was skeptical at first, but zodoc really worked
Verified patient
Everything was very professional and polite and the nurse tech was professional the nurse practitioner was professional and the doctor was professional and everyone was very helpful and informational
Verified patient
Nurse practitioner had an attitude problem and was very judgmental, passively aggressively asking why a 27 year old would need a cardiologist. Not sure what her problem was but her presence alone would give me second thoughts about recommending this place.
Verified patient
I walked in expecting to wait for about a half hour but I was told it was a 2 hour wait. I had a 2pm appt. and so did 5 other patients for one doctor. This is unacceptable and my time is important also. No place to sit. Not enough seats and I had no intention of standing for 2 hours. I have heart failure. I rescheduled but I am looking for another dr.

The waiting room was very crowded and the seats didn’t fit. Some people had to stand to wait. I filled out all my forms online and they sent me an email to a portal to fill out the same information. I had to fill out 5 more sheets when I arrived. I was taken back to get my vitals pretty quickly but then sent back to the waiting room for an hour to wait to see the doctor.
First of all, he did nothing to address my primary concern. He was very eager to order many tests, and was dismissive of basically every question that I had. I also don’t feel the ekg reading or the vitals were accurately taken by the technician. I absolutely would not recommend this office. I expected a much higher standard from a cardiologist.
Verified patient
Nothing against Dr. Carrillo personally, I'm sure he means well and is good at his job but the office management is abysmal. 4/4 appointments that we scheduled weeks (one even a month) in advance, the office called me the day before to reschedule. I was understanding the first and second time, but I can't keep asking for more and more days off of work to fit the office's timeframe. This last appointment I was taken off of the sign-in list (skipped over) without any warning and stood outside in the Florida sun for an hour and half, again, STILL patiently waiting to see the doctor. I can't speak for the rest of the team, but the office staff absolutely did not respect me or my time
Verified patient
Dr. Carrillo is awesome, as is his staff. As you might know, the office staff can make or break a Physician’s practice and I am very impressed with this Doctor.
Verified patient
That he is accurate and a friendly dr
Verified patient
After my initial appointment, I was told to bring cash for the tests I needed. I was told the doctor did not take my insurance.
Verified patient
Dr Rodolfo was friendly with great bedside manners. Very caring and showed concern towards my situation. He is extremely knowledgeable and took great care in evaluating my medications and made necessary changes. I was totally impressed with his knowledge and understanding,I am confident that he is a 10 Star ?? MD about wish I could rate him as such.
Verified patient
Great doctor highly recommended
Verified patient
Long wait. The staff is always late, including the physician. No one greets you when you come in, and the doctor is very short with his visit.
All was great.
Verified patient
Office is small but nice. Staff was quick to bring me in and get me ready. Wait was not long. Doctor was good listener and thorough. Only thing that took a while was scheduling the tests and follow up appointments at the end. I recommend this doctor and office.
