Spent around 20 mins finishing the paperworks. But Dr. Issac talked to me for only ONE minute! After the super brief conversation, he just gave me a paper to sent me to do an expensive exam. Really don't like this experience. Will find another doctor.
It was great..

Dr.Roman Isacc's office staff are exceptional: extremely patient and professional. The wait time was a bit excessive - more than an hour. The diagnosis was brief and quick given the simple nature of my visit (wrist injury), although he examined thoroughly. When he wrote a script for an MRI, I had to inquire with him as to whether it will be a standard imaging or contrast, which prompted him to re-write it for a contrast MRI; I don't think he would have suggested it should I not have mentioned it - which is concerning. Also, be sure to arrive ahead of time, as they do make you fill out paperwork, even if you submitted via zocdoc.

This was my first visit to Dr. Isaac. The office/waiting area is very pleasant and the office staff is helpful and courteous. I saw Dr. Isaac right away. He's friendly and clear and was able to lay out some concrete treatment options that I'm very comfortable with.

Doctor was great - confident, efficient, approachable -- but waiting 50 minutes and duplicating some of the paperwork I had already pre-filed online was very frustrating.
Doctor Roman Isaac was very helpful , Took the time to listen to my Mom, And give us few options to work with . He made us feel comfortable . Thank you

I can't say enough good things about my visit. The women at the front desk are all very helpful and friendly. I was seen right away. The office and exam rooms are all immaculate. Most importantly Dr Isaac was incredibly gracious and patient with me. He explained everything and presented all my options. Even though I was extremely nervous he made me feel at ease and comfortable. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I booked Dr. Roman via ZocDoc and he's listed as In-Network. The office failed to notify me that he was actually not in-network until I was at my appointment.

i was very pleased about his attentiveness. i was in and out in 30 mins. Excellent bedside manner. i am glad I was referred to him. He has a great sense of humor.

He came out of his way just to see me. He was not scheduled at this location, yet he personally called me and after listening to my pain and agony, he decided to drive 45 minutes to this location and take care of me.
This doctor completely wasted my time. Do not even bother making an appointment for his Englewood Location. becuase he only kind of works there. I had a very painful arthritis flare in my fingers so I booked an appointment with him hoping to get a cortisone shot. Initially the appointment was for a Friday at 3:30. I got a call that day from his staff to say that he was traveling "between locations" and could I come at 4:30. When I got there I discovered his "office" was an urgent care and the staff at the desk said they did't know what days he worked there. He showed up at around 5. I found him somewhat disengaged. He told me it could be treated with a cortisone shot but that he did not have the medication at this location. So I booked an appointment for the following Monday (when he had limited hours at this location) . and traveled home 2 hours in Friday rush hour traffic. On Monday morning I got a call from a staff person asking to move the appointment up because he "had a meeting" when I was scheduled to come in. I could not do that because of another doctors appointment which they knew about. Very frustrating

- First visit after i twisted my knee in a skiing accident. I was given a sling and told wait for MRI. No painkillers, no hot or cold packs were suggested. - After a week i was told MRI cannot be authorized so get an X ray first - I am still awaiting to hear back from their office post X rays - No one in their office return voice mails or even follow up if you leave one. - The staff said contact me around 4 PM but from 4.01 PM; they dont pick calls. - Doctor is never reachable on phone - I was told to come see him in person after x ray report is submitted and i followed up but then again; i was told x ray is a formality before MRI to get insurance approval. If its such an industry known fact; why was i asked to do MRI at first place and wait a week. I am on 8th day of my injury and i dont have a feedback from doc till now.
