It was my first time seeking any type of help and NP Ron Alcantara basically reviewed and listened to my concerns. Although it was a video call his bedside manner is great, he’s very nice and doesn’t make you feel judged in any way. We discussed further options and plans and I truly feel good about the entire video visit.
