Ronda Disney is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator with over 20 years of experience. She completed her dietetics coursework and earned her Master of Education at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, as well as her dietetic internship program in Englewood, Colorado. She is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and belongs to the Diabetes Dietetic Practice Group of the Academy. She has obtained her Certificate of Training in Adult Weight Management.
Ronda's areas of focus include diabetes, weight management, intuitive/mindful eating, gastrointestinal disorders, food intolerances, women's health and pregnancy, cardiovascular disease, and chronic kidney disease.
Ronda values the importance of pursuing a balanced lifestyle and healthy eating. She is passionate about the role nutrition can play in the development, prevention, and management of chronic diseases. She enjoys helping others view food in a positive manner while achieving desired outcomes, including optimal health.
Ronda enjoys being outdoors and is into fitness. She is also an adventurous cook who likes to try new recipes.
