Hi, I'm Rosalie Lotspeich. As a compassionate and empathetic therapist, I am committed to providing both warmth and structure in my sessions to help clients feel supported and empowered in their journey toward healing. In my work as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, I have had the privilege of using evidence-based practices like Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Mentalization-Based Therapy (MBT) with clients across various age groups, including teens, adults, and older adults. DBT allows me to guide clients in managing overwhelming emotions, developing healthier coping strategies, and building interpersonal effectiveness, while MBT helps individuals gain insight into their emotions and the perspectives of others. This dual approach is especially effective in supporting clients in navigating complex relational and emotional dynamics, promoting long-term growth.
I help clients manage suicidal ideation, avoidant behaviors, trauma responses, and impulsivity. Through personalized strategies, we address root causes, build resilience, and develop healthier coping skills to restore hope and well-being
