Dr Chow was great. I didn't feel rushed, she answered my questions. And later when I had a weird "is this something horrible or just acne" skin condition, I was able to see a nurse practitioner in her office the same day.
I really felt good about the whole practice.

Dr. Chow was extremely personable and offered a ton of helpful general advice for good health. The electronic medical system that the office uses is a bit outdated and difficult to onboard onto -- PAMF and Sutter Health have gorgeous interfaces in comparison -- but it still does the job.

Dr Chow is so gentle and kind, and she really knows what she's talking about. She dispenses friendly advice and always tells you ahead of time what she is going to do, so no needle or prod is a surprise. Comforting and motherly, highly recommended.
The waiting room on the other hand takes away from the entire experience. The constant slamming of the doors as people and nurses walked in and out, that in turn rattled the glass panels of the counter, left me with a bad headache.

Dr. Chow was very friendly, but seemed a little rushed toward the end of our appointment. She seemed to welcome my questions only until the end of the appointment when she seemed like she had to go. Because I felt rushed, I forgot to ask certain questions, so I contacted her office and had to wait a few days to get them all answered. She also complained about my insurance carrier. Not sure if I will go back.

Since I am new to San Francisco, I was looking for a female doctor within my insurance network. Dr. Chow's location is actually quite a distance from where I live; therefore, I probably would have chosen a closer location if I could find another female doctor.
Proximity to my residence aside, my visit with Dr. Chow was pleasant. She was friendly, thorough, and patient. As this was my first annual physical exam in the US, Dr. Chow asked me all the relevant questions and answered my questions patiently. I did not feel rushed or pushed to sign up for additional exams/ tests (though she suggested that I think about a few of them).

I thought Rosanna Chow was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend her, however, pacific practice staff at reception were not the most friendly or inviting and I find it increasingly frustrating that I have to always fill out all the paperwork all over again when it is already available from my zocdoc profile. I am continually stunned at the lack of technological integration practices have with zocdoc and my feedback to the practice is: (1) to further integrate and stream line processes; (2) to encourage reception staff and assistants to adopt a more inviting and engaging attitude.

I was seen at Dr. Chow's office very quickly and my appointment with Dr. Chow was very smooth. She is very direct, but I wasn't bothered by this at all. She gave me the Rx I needed and some suggestions and I was in and out in no time at all. I'll definitely be back!

Got into the office, very little wait. Filled out my forms, was seen by Dr. Chow, whom looked through my medical history thoroughly and added much more value to me than my doctors at Kaiser ever did. Got some shots taken care of and recommendations for great physical therapists in the city!

Dr. Chow has a wonderful bedside manner. She's caring, insightful and helpful with my health matters. So was proactive in her recommendations and her staff was equally pleasant.
