Love Dr. Jackson and her staff even though sometimes the wait can be long. Today the wait wasn’t long though. Also.. they clean the rooms after every patient cane and left.
The women at the front desk were busy having their own personal conversation and ignoring me. After waiting close to an hour my appointment was super rushed!

If you'd like your baby's weight to be criticized, as well as your parenting, as well as like to wait all morning for a pediatrician that always seems to be running late, this doctor is for you! Unfortunately, she is no longer for me, this weekend was the last straw! This lady is unprofessional, and has a horrible bedside manner.

Her beside manner is impeccable. She’s warm, pleasant, gentle, very engaging and thorough. Her staff is equally warm and helpful. They accommodated me and I was 1 day early for my appointment.
My kids been with Dr. Jackson for 18 years now and I feel very comfortable having her as their physician. Never had to wait more than 30 mins after my schedule appt time. I def recommend Dr. Jackson and her amazing staff.
I love Dr. Jackson her and her colleagues are the best I’ve met since my 18 m/o was born. I travel all the way from Staten Osland to Brooklyn to see her. They move pretty fast but if they’re crowded they might take a lil more time but it’s worth it. I would recommend her and the other doctors there to the world hands down.

Phenomenal Doctor. Answers all your questions Plus more. She makes you feel very comfortable and friendly with the children. She is our second generation Doctor and who definitely recommend her to everyone.

I love everyone at the office, they are kind and are very patient with my children. I would highly recommend her. The only down part is the wait time other then that everyone is fantastic.

The wait was dreadfully long. Way before arrival, on the phone there was attempts to make me believe that the wait would be long because a Dr had to leave for an emergency but honestly the entire staff simply took their time seeing patients. I was underwhelmed by the way the ship was a ran. No visit wait time need to be over 35 minutes. And dont dare wait for a form to be complete its a longer wait while staff sit down and talk.
