About Roxanne Swafford
Roxanne Swafford, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner seeing patients at our Sulphur Springs location. She has been practicing clinical and cosmetic dermatology since 2013 and specializes in general dermatology and skin cancer detection. Roxanne diagnoses and treats skin conditions for patients of all ages, including acne, rashes, warts, and skin cancers, and is licensed to prescribe medications as part of comprehensive dermatologic care.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas and her Master of Science in Nursing from Texas Woman’s University. Roxanne is known for her thorough, compassionate approach and her commitment to early detection, patient education, and long-term skin health.
