“Dr. Rumee was very calm. Her bedside manner stuck out most because I am empathic and I was feeling anxious. I don't think people generally understand that the first thing that speaks for you is your energy. Patients, specifically, feel you as soon as you enter the room. By the end of our appointment, my heel had stopped drilling a hole into the floor.
Also for note, she spoke so little it took me a minute to register that she was actually listening to me. In my experience, doctors have often tried to diagnose me before I even finish listing my symptoms. Dr. Rumee listened so well, I kept remembering things to tell her. She probably knows how I scratched my knee in kindergarten now.
The office staff was also friendly and I did not have to wait very long to be seen. ”

My first experience with AllCare Primary and Immediate Care was very pleasant. I was seen within 15 min of my appointment time and the intake process was efficient. Using Zocdoc I was able to provide the basic information which allowed the doctor to spend her time verifying and clarifying the information provided. NP Rumee Gyawali was professional and polite. She was also open while discussing my medical history and preferences for holistic wellness vice use of traditional medical treatment. Her recommendations on tests and exercise were spot on for what I need to do to remain healthy and strong into my senior years.

This office and overall staff was phenomenal. I went for a simple annual check up, but left with much clarity and hope on my health journey. I’ve seen many PCPs over the years and never felt quite heard or seen. My concerns were able to voiced here, and received with compassion and professionalism. PA Rumee Gyawali was very thorough and took the time to listen and then provide medically knowledge based guidance for all of the issues that I saw her for.
