Marriage and Family Therapist
7801 E Bush Lake Rd, Minneapolis, MN
I am a mother of three children living in Webster, MN with my husband, Ben, and our two dogs. I enjoy spending time with my family, laughing with friends, traveling, and jogging. Your mental health is so important to me, and I truly have a passion for what I do. I would love to connect with you to help with your mental health today! The desire to facilitate true connection and growth in relationships, heal trauma, and navigate through the difficulties in the lives of others has led me to Marriage and Family Therapy. I attended the University of Minnesota for my Bachelor's in Family Social Science and Saint Mary's University of Minnesota for my Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy. I have been providing therapy to couples, families, and individuals for years and would love to meet you where you are today. My areas of interest and specialization include, but are not limited to: faith-based therapy, trauma and PTSD, developmental trauma/complex trauma, couples and relationship concerns, perinatal mood disorders, military families, first responders, grief and loss, parenting, anxiety, and depression. I have a holistic, systemic, non-judgmental, and integrative approach to therapy that incorporates spirituality, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), and Narrative Therapy. I am also certified in Brainspotting, an effective somatic treatment method to process, release, and heal painful emotions, memories, and trauma.
