Dr. Cook made me feel comfortable while talking about my symptoms. He came prepared knowing some of my history which I’ve never experienced before.
Last visit there was confusion with copayment and the front desk workers were absolutely wonderful in helping me. They figured it out, or thought they did, and even called later when they really got to the bottom of it. Also, Dr. Cook has been so wonderful and has been proactive in helping me with my issues and making me feel safe in looking for care.
Dr. Cook is a very good listener and, during my last visit, was particularly attentive when I shared about symptoms of depression that were difficult for me to talk about. He understood that it was both hard to talk about and necessary to do so at the same time.
