“Everything was great and smooth! Everyone was friendly and Dr Kauffman listened and talked me through what he was going to do. The only thing out of sorts that I noticed was the exam room being untidy. Items weren’t in a proper place. It caught my eye because it didn’t seem normal conditions for an exam room. Probably something as simple as a child playing with things on the counters prior to my exam. No big deal. Highly recommend this facility.”

Dr Kauffman knew what I needed and prepared me on what to expect. He examined my ear thoroughly and then flushed it, placed a wick in it and also some drops. He told me what medicine he was prescribing and how often too do the drops and to come back next Thursday for follow up and to have the wick removed. He listened well and kept me apprised of everything I needed to know.

Dr. Kauffman and his entire staff were extremely welcoming. We were seen very quickly, and my four-year old son absolutely adored him. He answered all of my questions after listening very attentively, and he took the time to interact and joke around with my son to make sure that he was comfortable the entire visit. He offered his advice and left the ball in our court on how we would like to proceed without feeling pushy. An incredible first impression. We plan to return.
