“Oh my God where do I start. I’ve been having back pain for YEARS! I’ve honestly just started ignoring it, but recently it got worse. I’ve been to 2 chiropractors before with temporary relief, but never knew what was wrong with me and why it hurt, and never had a full plan to fix it. Dr. Ryan did something they never did, he got some X-rays. I was finally able to see the issue and why I was hurting, and he explained it everyone came up with a plan to fix it. We did my adjustment and I felt GREAT! This experience was just amazing. I’m so happy to have found this office.”

About Dr. Ryan Yanez
Originally from Troy, Dr. Ryan later moved to Harrison Township, where he attended L’Anse Creuse High School. He went on to earn his Bachelor of Science degree from Central Michigan University. During his time there, he worked as a student research assistant in the Brain Research and Integrative Neuroscience Lab, contributing to investigations into stem cell therapies for patients with Huntington’s disease.
It was also during this period that Dr. Ryan experienced his first episode of low back pain after a football injury. Initially, he tried to let the injury heal on its own, but after three months of persistent pain—and unsuccessful attempts with medication and massage—he sought help from a local chiropractor. After just three visits, he was pain-free. This transformative experience sparked his interest in chiropractic care and ultimately shaped his career path.
Dr. Yanez went on to attend the National University of Health Sciences, a chiropractic institution known for integrating traditional chiropractic techniques with evidence-based protocols and medical science. After graduating, he joined a busy practice in Sterling Heights, where he focused on treating musculoskeletal conditions such as low back pain, headaches, and disc herniations. He later pursued advanced training in Active Release Technique for the spine and lower extremities, expanding his expertise in treating soft-tissue conditions involving muscles, tendons, and ligaments.
