About Dr. S Don Kim
At Kim Holistic Foot & Ankle Center, Dr. Kim offers services including treatment for foot and ankle problems, bunions, ingrown nails, fungal nail infections, arthritis, diabetic foot pain management, and more. Hi, I’m Dr. Kim, and practicing podiatry is my life’s work. I earned my Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Samuel Merritt University, California School of Podiatric Medicine. Since 1991, I have served as medical director of Kim Foot & Ankle Centers, Inc. I have deep knowledge of foot and ankle problems and advocate for holistic treatment whenever possible. Above all, I believe prevention is the best cure. That’s why I pioneered initiatives like my Walking Cure program, which helps people improve health gently through a managed walking routine. While I enjoy all aspects of podiatry, I have “super-specialized” in heel pain treatments and related surgeries, honed through years of training, teaching, and a passion for helping patients regain mobility and live pain-free lives. Also a naturopathic physician (ND), I founded K Wellness Center, specializing in holistic, natural treatments for chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, neuropathy, fatigue, and chronic stress. We use powerful modalities like hyperbaric oxygen therapy, Anodyne laser therapy, and Mindfit, a mind-calming therapy. As president of the Kim Foot Foundation, I have led the organization in collecting and donating over 200,000 pairs of used shoes since 1997. Through our Annual Shoe Drive, we provide shoes to local homeless shelters and families in Mexico. I have been an innovator in health, nutrition, and fitness for over two decades, presenting hundreds of seminars since 2002. With a strong interest in teaching and helping others achieve health, I believe education is key, and prevention is the best way to stay healthy.. I've never had a bad visit. Dr. Kim and his staff are AWESOME! Every visit has been a pleasant visit. My first visit, I had a pretty deep foot ulcor but with Dr. Kim's help and regularly schedule visit it healed up very quickly and nicely! Would highly recommend!
