The doctors office took two weeks to respond back after taking an MRI. Called multiple times to get a std response that someone will call back. Terrible treatment for those who are seeking diagnosis for pain
speedy and helped draw out on the chair wrapping thing in doctor's office exactly what was wrong - innovative, cool, and super helpful!

My visit was okay. The office never confirmed so I had to call them the day before to see what was going on (definitely call them if they haven't confirmed!) - turns out the time I booked was not available but they could see me at an earlier time and also let me know I would need to come in even earlier for x-rays. Fine. Once I got to the office, I filled out a bunch of paperwork (most of which I had already completed online through their own system that they had emailed me, not sure where that went) and was taken back for x-rays. The x-ray tech was really sweet. When I was brought into the exam room, I met with one of the residents first - he was very friendly and I wish I could remember his name. I explained what had happened with my knee over the last few months as there were a couple things that lead up to the severe pain that came on suddenly that prompted me to book the appointment and finally get everything checked out. He left the room and Dr. Strickland came in with 4 other residents (I think they were all residents?). It was a bit disconcerting having the first words out of her mouth be "I'm confused my your story." I was also confused why I was in so much pain - that's why I was there. I don't know if it's just because I grew up going to an wonderful orthopedic surgeon back home, but that was pretty disconcerting and I felt like I wasn't being heard. She ordered an MRI since my x-rays were clear. Fortunately, nothing showed up as being torn in the MRI (praisehands), just a little inflamed and my Baker's cyst was bigger than my last MRI (not surprised about that). She recommended a cortisone shot to see if that would calm everything down. I went back in and she was MUCH friendlier. I must have caught her on an off day the first time around. She administered the shot and made sure the injection got to the part of my knee where I was having the most pain. That seemed to do the trick thank goodness!
Dr Strickland is wonderful

Dr. Strickland spent all of five minutes with me. She discouraged any imaging beyond the X-ray I'd just had, which showed nothing, told me she would set up a scrip for physical therapy, and dismissed me to pay my bill, without ever really giving me a diagnosis. Four weeks later and I still have received neither an insurance statement or the promised scrip.
Very professional and well-trained. Answered all my questions. My two shoulder replacements totally eliminated severe pain and restriction of range of motion.

My teenage daughter came to see The Dr. She was seen right away and the Dr took the time to explain her diagnosis thoroughly. She even drew some pictures so my daughter would know what she was explaining.

Dr. Strickland performed my ACL reconstruction surgery a few months ago and I am very pleased with the results. I barely have scars and am on track to be back to playing sports in no time. Very professional and extremely good at what she does. If you need knee/shoulder surgery, she is your lady! 100% recommend her to do the job. Entire staff in her office is amazing - willing to answer any questions you might have and are all very responsive.
Very professional
