When I first arrived, the front desk, staff, and X-ray office all seemed disorganized and unsure of the process. When I finally saw Dr. Bottrell, the appointment felt rushed, many of my questions were not answered, and I was not given much information. I am now waiting for a call back to complete the appointment.
