I just saw Dr. Shamizay today for the first time. Her office is very clean, efficient and the staff is very pleasant. Dr. Shamizay is checks off all the boxes with great communication skills, clarifying questions, and being punctual. I'm sure in these times of COVID, the offices are doing a better job of managing their waiting room, etc, but it's still appreciated that I was able to get in and out. Discussing confidential issues with a doctor is very uncomfortable with me, but Dr. Shamizay put me at ease and kept it light and brief without seeming rushed. I wish her a long and wonderful career in medicine.

I really liked how she treated me during my appointment. It was really worth the drive from San Francisco to San Ramon. Unfortunately, I was hoping that she could talk to me in Spanish, like it said in Zocdoc, but luckily my daughter was able to translate for me.
