Terrible experience. Provider didn't listen to me, shared more of her own medical issues that inquiring about mine. Attempted to prolong care and additional visits that were unnecessary to cover her costs for accepting Zocdoc generated appointments.

Dr. S is a very good doctor. Her style of communication is different from other doctors. She was talking very fast and had many walk-in patients that disrupted the schedule. I had done a lot of research on my own before seeing her and I myself am a medical provider. I can tell that she is very caring and well-educated. The office staff was overwhelmed. I think they are all doing as good a job as they can, given their circumstances.

As a nurse, I was blown away by Dr. Singh. She immediately put me at ease and validated all of my concerns. She believes that collaborative care between patient and doctor is essential and every action and conversation I had with her made that belief evident. When my reason for making the appointment was unfortunately validated by her exam, she didn’t make me wait and had me get an ultrasound right away in her office. Not having to wait and book another appointment for the ultrasound was a godsend! We all know that having to wait and book a second appointment to confirm a not so great diagnosis causes a lot of anxiety. Dr. Singh made sure I was fully taken care of before leaving and all of my questions were answered and my anxieties acknowledged. This was my first appointment with Dr. Singh and will definitely not be my last. The nurses, ultrasound techs, and the entire staff were all very friendly and professional. 15/10 would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Thank you Dr. Singh and staff!

Their service was horrible I had to wait an hour the doctor wasn’t even in yet I came in there for one thing and they wanted to do blood draw they wanted to prescribe me pills they want to do a ultrasound and everything above I definitely would not recommend the first time I went in they were good they were wonderful actually but the second time was just horrible made me feel very uncomfortable

I wish I read all reviews before coming here. Very unprofessional unpleasant experience with this doctor. I called the office before my appointment to make sure my insurance was taken, I was told it was . When I showed up my insurance cards were taken by the receptionist for copies while I filled out information forms that I had previously filled out online. I was seen by the nurse within 15-20 to minutes of my arrival . I explained to her my personal health issues and the stressful state of mind I was in due to my early stages of pregnancy. The nurse wrote all this information down to relay to the doctor. Once moved to another room I waited patiently for doctor Singh (whom I now wish I never met) she came in and started with small talk to get more information out of me before informing me they did NOT take my insurance , which should have been the first words out of her mouth. I told doctor Singh straight away that I was leaving because I did not have the funds to pay her for out of network care. Dr. Singh knew from talking to me that I was in an emotional vulnerable state and told me I was not able to leave until I paid a few hundreds because the nurse already saw me ( which now I realize was a lie) . Dr. Singh told me to figure something out about payment while she go answer a personal phone call for a few minutes. Dr. Singh came back to the room 10 minutes later asked me did I have a credit card , she moved me to the common areas and told me to sign up for another insurance and she’ll wait, which was pretty pointless because insurance does not happen that fast. Shouted my medical information about my pregnancy and insurance in front of several patients. I finally gave in after being in a very bad emotional state and told Singh that I had a care credit card but it was virtual and I could get her the numbers , I even showed her on the credit card app and she claimed that was perfect and she would take that form of payment. After all of the humiliation I went back to the waiting room for payment but Dr.Singh said she wanted to do an ultra sound and said it would another few hundreds more, even though I wanted to leave she forced her services on me. The nurse tried to secretly tell me to leave without the ultrasound and I should have listened. After the ultrasound I went to the front to make the payment with my virtual card and it turns if the office did NOT take care credit card like the doctor said. The receptionist put my card information in over and over again. I even had to get on the phone with my credit card company and there was nothing wrong with my account. Dr.Singh knew she made a big mistake from being so greedy but still had no empathy at all. She told me to call my mom, boyfriend or family members for the money and I told her I would not be calling anyone begging for money because she made a mistake. This visit made me feel like I was in prison and I could not leave , the doctor knew there weren’t any other options and told me to go home and call back with a different credit card. She even tried to hold on to a doctors note that was much needed for work until I got her the money. I’m a very honest person , so I left the office on the brink of tears with the nurse apologizing for Dr.Singhs behavior. Once home I called the office to pay them . After my visit I also waited seven days for lab results when I was told 2/3 days. Overall Dr.Singh treated me like a walking check book instead of a first time pregnant patient, no good medical advice for pregnancy, no suggestions on prenatal care at all.

Main issues I had were with the OBGYN. She never knocked (I know it's supposed to only be courtesy). She left the door open when I was unchanged on the table. Did not tell me what she was doing when she was doing it just felt a lot of sharp pain. She didn't even give me a full exam.

The receptionist was nice, but the doctor did not arrive to her office until ~35 minutes after my actual appointment time. I was told she was driving to her office as I was being checked in. About 5 minutes into my appointment with the doctor, she answered a phone call from her handyman/contractor who was doing renovations to her home. She carried on a phone conversation about her home renovations for several minutes while in the patient room with me. Midway through my exam and pap smear the doctor opened the door and asked her receptionist/admin assistant/nurse to come into the room, look in my vagina for my IUD and take a picture so I could see. It was mortifying and beyond uncomfortable. I would never want anyone to have to go through the same experience.
