I had such a great experience with Dr. Sara Wasim. Parking was easy, which already started things off right. The office is modern, well-lit, comfortable, and very clean. The receptionist stayed at the desk the whole time, was warm and friendly but never fake, which I really appreciated. When I met Dr. Wasim, I loved how real she was—tall, approachable, and easy to talk to. I even asked her how much she weighed just to imagine what I might look like at that weight, and she answered without hesitation. I asked if she would be my PCP and have a real doctor-patient relationship like the old-school doctors used to, and she said she’d love to. That made my day. She let me talk openly, shared like an old friend, and never once made me feel rushed. I left feeling listened to, valued, and completely comfortable.

I was very satisfied to find this new PrimeDoc Center (found that it was established ~2 yrs ago) that was unknown to me before I entered the building. All staff members were very friendly and prompt in assisting me and provided in detail answers to my questions. Attending physician, Sara Wasim, MD was very friendly, informative, knowledgeable and kindly responded all my health conditions beyond my routine annual visits. Overall, I am well satisfied with my visit with this new center and plan to visit again.

Dismissive doctor, was not helpful trying to find diagnosis— had to advocate for bloodwork and hormonal testing, which I booked appointment for. I was booked for an endocrinology consultation, which I most certainly did not get.
